As you all know, 2020 has been very difficult for all businesses in the hospitality sector and our thoughts go out to those who have been affected this year, especially now in the lead-up to Christmas which is traditionally a peak time for us.
We are so grateful for the love we have felt from our clients and the resilience of our wonderful team, because we know that the frequent changes in safety guidelines and restrictions ha caused a great deal of stress and upset to both clients and staff.
Today’s announcement has come as a shock to many and is going to have such a negative impact on holiday plans for so many, who deserve some quality time with friends and family over Christmas. We can only hope that these new restrictions will keep people safe and ensure COVID is controlled until a better solution is found.
Although being moved to Tier 3 does not prevent businesses operating in ‘personal care’ from opening, we have made the decision to remain closed until the 5th of January.
We have come to this decision because we feel that our amazing team have already had such a turbulent year and fully deserve some consistency over the holiday period, so to avoid the risk of further changes to how we must work, we will just stay closed until then.
To all our clients who have had appointments affected by this decision, please accept our sincerest apologies and rest assured we will endeavour to find a suitable, alternative appointment for you as soon as we can.
